Key result areas / accountability

Supporting Actions

1.Human Resource Management

Prepare HR plan for the Unit and initiate coordinate & implement all people processes in Unit. Develop & implement appropriate HR plans aligned to the Unit strategy. Plan organize implement and review the human resources systems and initiatives administrative procedures. Tale all necessary steps to build performance culture in the unit. Keep abreast of the Group people policies processes procedures and initiatives and implement the same in the unit. Ensure proper development and utilization of human resources of high employee satisfaction and productivity.

2. Talent Acquisition

Ensure selection and recruitment of talented personnel. Reviewing manpower requirements of different Department. Identifying suitable recruitment resources. Selecting the right fit and recruiting.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

Plan coordinate & implement Employee and Family engagement activities to build and maintain a good rapport among employees. Ensure all personnel and Industrial Relation related activities to maintain harmonious industrial relation with union & employees. Maintain a productive & harmonious IR through various proactive measures Negotiation & Enter into long term Wage & Bonus Agreement with Union. Handle grievance Oversee welfare amenities Ensure discipline.

4. Training & Development

Assess the training & development needs of employees & take adequate measures to develop them. Identification of employees training needs through skills gaps analysis and provide training for skill enhancement. Developing Multi Skilled Employees Analyze and meet training needs of all managers in JB 8 & below. Analyze & meet all the workmen and supervisory level training needs. Measure Effectiveness of the Training and convert into ROI. Job rotation in the department Motivation by recognition & rewards.

5. Performance Management and

Compensation & Benefits

Strengthening Performance Management Process in Unit and implement Performance based compensation system. Initiating actions for all employees compensation review and revisions finalizing promotions. To provide all benefits to employees as the Personnel Policy. To cover all NonESI employees in GPA Group Mediclaim policy Nischint etc. Prepare Individual Plan for Performer Category employees and inform RHR BHR& GHR.

6. HRMS & E Learning

Implementation of Poornata Modules Recruitment WFA & PM Enterprise Learning Solutions Performance Management Benefit Modules. To facilitate and encourage all staffs to complete ELearning courses and provide necessary infrastructure for the same.

7. Organization Development

Enable Alignment of people process of Group values to build a performance driven culture Support & Lead Vibes action in the unit. Plan and implement policies & processes that would help the unit to be a great work place. Inculcate value orientation in the unit.

8. Township Administration

Plan & coordinate various administrative activities to maintain smooth functioning of Township. Maintain infrastructure at Township Coordinate social & cultural events Overseas estate & horticulture jobs.

9. Statutory Compliance

Ensure statutory regulations of applicable laws to the units are complied through Enablon Compliance Tool and improve Company s image towards smooth operation of plant .

10. CSR & Laison

Work with Sr. Management and local communities to identify relevant action areas define/ review the Unit CSR agenda and drive execution ensuring alignment with larger Group philosophy 2. Plan annual CSR activities ensuring alignment to budgets and relevant regulatory/ legal requirements; review timely and effective execution.

Liaise with relevant external stakeholders/ regulatory agencies for necessary inspections certifications and relationship management. E.g. Factory Inspectorate Labour Commissioner PF Department etc. Maintain relationships with local community/ political/ administrative representatives for smooth plant functioning and resolution of issues
