Job Summary
• This role is responsible for managing a team of individual contributors to ensures recruitment, performance monitoring, coaching, and resource management. The role develops and executes the annual staffing plan based on business needs, ensuring alignment with the broader talent strategy and achievement of hiring targets. The role collaborates with business leaders, aligns talent management practices, and utilizes technology to provide strategic insights while coaching and developing the team for effective talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
• Leads and manages a country's or sub-region's staffing team, including hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and development, and ensures that the proper tools are in place to support the team and the processes. They should also have exposure to senior-level or executive hiring.

Additionally, familiarity with building and utilizing productivity reporting dashboards, work tracking, and work management would be advantageous.

Prior exposure to diversity hiring initiatives is desirable.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong experience in managing recruitment in a shared service set up.

• Implements an annual staffing plan based on business workforce plans for the country or sub-region along with supporting the communication of the plan to all stakeholders.
• Contributes to the development of hiring targets and ensures the achievement of those targets at the country or sub-regional level.
• Develops the organization’s talent attraction strategy to enable the achievement of business objectives, ensuring that attraction, sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding efforts are aligned with the company’s broader talent strategy.
• Ensures alignment of staffing and recruiting, talent management, learning and development, and change management practices & solutions, including identifying opportunities for integration and connectivity across the talent lifecycle.
• Collaborates with the procurement office, drives contract negotiations for talent acquisition investments, and establishes performance benchmarks for strategic vendor partners.
• Builds and maintains proactive partnerships with functional client groups and business leaders to better understand the business and manage recruitment needs and challenges while offering solutions and tools.
• Collaborates and leverages technology to generate talent metrics, dashboards, and reporting that generate insights into the operations and performance of talent acquisition.
• Provides strategic recruiting expertise by staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, legal developments, technological advancements, and benchmark comparisons; functions as a subject matter expert on all subsidiary recruitment activities.
• Coaches and develops the talent acquisition team to ensure it has the right skills, resources, and tools to meet its objectives.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of job-related experience or 5-7 years of management experience, preferably in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, or a related field.

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR)/ Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHPR)
• Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
