Work Experience:- 8-15 years- of experience in sales, business development, operations, relationship building,

strategic planning, channel management, and team management in Personal Care.

Job Description

  • To Take care of the complete Channel Distribution network for the entire region
  • Provide strategic direction to the ASMs thereby driving growth for respective channels.
  • Facilitate growth of individual brands and ensure delivery of Marketing plans
  • Analyze, monitor, and develop strategies to enhance distribution reach through RTM
  • Ensure effective New product introductions through effective RTM
  • Develop specific strategies for different trade segments and ensure optimum utilization of Trade Marketing

resources

  • Ensuring commercial hygiene compliance, forecast accuracy
  • Coaching and developing the sales team to improve competencies and effectiveness in the areas of Customer

Management / Meeting Effectiveness and Field Implementation.

  • Managing stockist and trade relationship by anticipating proactively and resolving issues, minimizing stockist

and field force attrition.

  • Monitor competitor activity - anticipate and develop strategies to counter competition's efforts
  • Facilitate compliance to corporate guidelines on Sales Systems and processes through active communication

and control mechanisms
