Broad outline of the Role
- Responsible for managing NLD ISP and OSP operation.
- Should be familiar with DWDM Optical Communication
- 8-10 years of telecom experience in managing Core DWDM equipment and OSP operations in field.
- Experience in DWDM devices handover and Testing.
- Sound understanding of DWDM products, preferred experience on Ciena and Nokia
- Sound understanding Backoffice process of PR/PO and Billing.
- Should be able to drive OSP vendor and ensure MTTR and SLA's
