Broad outline of the Role

• Responsible for managing NLD ISP and OSP operation.
• Should be familiar with DWDM Optical Communication
• 8-10 years of telecom experience in managing Core DWDM equipment and OSP operations in field.
• Experience in DWDM devices handover and Testing.
• Sound understanding of DWDM products, preferred experience on Ciena and Nokia
• Sound understanding Backoffice process of PR/PO and Billing.
• Should be able to drive OSP vendor and ensure MTTR and SLA's
