Job description
As a member of the team, you'll support operations for various YouTube products (e.g., YouTube TV, YouTube Music, etc.). You will work with cross-functional teams to incubate new features, and help run the YouTube products flawlessly for the end customers. Whether directly engaging with our biggest media partners or music artists, surfacing problems to our technical teams, driving analytical insights, or liaising with vendors to provide stellar support you'll drive reach, satisfaction, and resolution - making YouTube an exceptional user experience for everyone.
In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end YouTube vendor operations, and work on YouTube Products to enable support for partners, artists, and end customers. You will process suggestions, bugs, abuse, and other product information to ensure we are constantly improving the end-customer experience. This role requires solving problems collaboratively along with business, product, and vendor teams.

Track vendor performance against key metrics (KPIs), SLAs such as on-time delivery, quality, and cost. Address performance issues promptly and collaborate with vendors to implement corrective actions.
Lead and deliver regular business reviews and execute a robust vendor governance plan in the form of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with vendors to ensure open communication and proactive problem resolution.
Partner with cross-functional teams locally and globally to drive continuous vertical and horizontal process improvements at scale. Use AI and other technologies for continuous process improvement and reengineering.
Identify and program manage strategic projects to solve for challenging business issues by working with stakeholders, managing communications, and overseeing milestones and timelines.
