Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive who will be responsible for receptionist duties, customer service, and front office duties, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and greeting visitors. The Front Office Executive will also be responsible for managing communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Experience in receptionist duties and customer service
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms
• Ability to manage front office duties including answering phone calls, managing emails, and greeting visitors
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in the power sector or renewable energy is a plus
