Responsibilities -Driving all Ops related activities end to end. -Operational planning, and lead new launch of hotel into different direct platforms -Ensuring strict Process adherence & optimization for Core function -Taking initiative and executing critical projects -Keeping a track of progress of all the initiatives and projects -Sharing the reports and summary of the project with related stakeholders

Preferred Requirements/Qualifications -2-3 years of experience in OTA management, sales operations, revenue operations -Ability to navigate a fast-paced, tight deadlines, multiple priorities, and constantly evolving environment. -Solid organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects. -Good verbal, written communication and people skills, with the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships. -Comfortable in discussions with cross-functional groups to identify issues/resolutions, using business acumen and problem-solving/analytical skills. -Working knowledge of Google Applications and Advanced Excel.
