Job description
Our client is a leading MNC Project Management Company in Mumbai.
Position: MEP Manager Educational background - BE Electrical / Mechanical
Total Experience required – 8-10 yrs
Relevant experience sought in any of the following fields -
Candidate should preferably have worked as Planning Engineer for a Green Field Large Logistics Park Project from Pre-construction stage to handover of the project, or should have worked in warehouse, industrial, Data centre, commercial / residential high rise projects etc
Conduct Design Coordination Meetings
Provide support in procurement of Long Lead Equipment -HT Transformer, LT Transformer, HT Panels, RMU, DG Set, DG Stack, Light Fixtures, HT & LT Cables & Value Engineering.
Monitor and track submission of Equipment GA Drawings and getting approval from Consultants and provide manufacturing clearance to vendor.
Monitor and track schedule for MEP Works
Monitor and track KPIs of MEP Works
Construction Management of Electrical Works - HT & LT Works, External Street Lighting Works, Internal Lighting and distribution Works.
Construction Management of Fire Protection System, Fire Alarm System, Fire Pump Room, CCTV Package etc.
Construction Management of Water Supply and distribution pipeline Works, STP, OWC.
