Job description

We are currently hiring for an 'Product Manager' for one of the Top pharma MNC for the Location of Bangalore .

Note : Candidates from *Pharmaceutical Companies are only preferred for this opportunity*

Experience : 3-10 years

As a Senior Product Manager, you will support the development & execution of local portfolio marketing strategy along with the Senior Marketing Manager and actively launch campaigns & sales execution in order to achieve short and long-term business objectives.

You will act as brand champion to create enthusiasm and focus internally and closely

work with external customers and agencies. You must understand relevant disease and market to develop customer insights through appropriate techniques/tools. You will also be responsible for:

Analyze, understand, and interpret market insights and translate to simple & targeted communication and proactive development of marketing /promotional mix to meet brand objectives and customer needs.

Utilize multi-channel tools to communicate key brand messages to market

Prepare annual / cyclic action / brand plans to meet business objectives. You will design innovative marketing campaigns that help sales team meet business objectives.

Liaison with external agencies to deliver initiatives for brands and maintain constant touch with internal and external customers.

Launch new products in line with local strategy and regional approval.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Management (MBA) from a reputed institution with Science / Pharma graduation.

7 - 10 years of experience in core Marketing and Product Management.

Good in communication and negotiation skills and should be able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

A strong track record in thorough planning, execution and follow-up is required, with a creative and innovative attitude that will enable you to drive initiatives with operational excellence in mind.

Client/Customer Facing roles will be an added advantage.
