Job description

Client: Our client represents a prominent global Real Estate Fund.

Role: Manager Marketing – Digital / Senior Marketing Manager – Digital

Experience: 8-10 years (with a minimum of 5 years focused on digital marketing roles)

Preferred Sectors: Real Estate (Industrial, commercial, or residential), logistics and supply chain, Manufacturing, or any other B2B sector

Candidates with expertise in Digital Marketing tools will be preferred.

In this role: Reporting to: Head of Marketing Key Responsibilities: Designing, implementing, and managing diverse digital marketing communication strategies. Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform digital communications strategy and plan aligned with corporate and brand direction. Creating, managing, and updating all e-marketing materials and collateral to maintain brand identity. Implementing online marketing activities, including paid digital campaigns, social media management, SEO/SEM, demand generation, and lead generation. Tracking the effectiveness of various online campaigns and analyzing metrics to prepare reports and identify trends and innovations. Managing digital communications spend, collaborating with vendors and agencies to localize communications and marketing activities. Key Requirements: Proficiency in developing, executing, and measuring demand generation programs, including ABM (Account Based Marketing) and lead management. Strong knowledge of online marketing, including paid digital media, social media management, email marketing, content development, CRM, website management, SEO, and SEM. Familiarity with financial planning, digital media buying and strategy, and optimizing PPC campaigns. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, conducting A/B and multivariate experiments. Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, adept at building relationships with stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure and within deadlines. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the initiative to manage projects to completion. A Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration preferred, along with diploma or certificate courses in digital marketing, SEO, performance, and/or programmatic advertising.
