About the role…

o9 Solutions is looking for an experienced and motivated HRIS Specialist to join our growing team. In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for ensuring HR Systems are meeting the needs of o9, making changes and enhancements, ensuring data integrity, and reporting HR Data.

What you'll do for us…

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and design Workday configurations including routine maintenance and enhancements
• Setup and configure Workday, including but not limited to HCM, Payroll, Performance Management,
• Recruitment, Compensation, Performance Management and other functional areas
• Ensure data accuracy for compliance as well as accurate analytics
• Configure and Maintain interface services (Manual EIBs and Scheduled Interfaces to 3 rd parties)
• Develop, schedule, and deliver routine periodic reporting
• Respond to all ad hoc data requests
• Document processes and user guides as well as identify gaps and concerns
• Analyze data trends and metrics to identify and drive key business decisions

What you'll have...

• Experience: 3+ years of Workday software and systems experience
• 2+ years of experience in building custom reports and dashboards
• Experience in analytics with a functional knowledge of HR processes, systems, and functions
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel, XML, Workday, or similar tools
• A keen understanding of Object-Oriented Database Management Systems
• Demonstrated ability to partner with all levels of an organization with a positive influence on
• teams
• The ability to juggle multiple complex issues simultaneously while making progress in all of
• them
