- The People Experience Specialist acts as a frontline quick responder: supporting employees and people leaders, creating a positive employee experience with efficiency, empathy and accountability
- In circumstances of more complex situations, the specialist will know when and who to consult with to ensure a satisfactory outcome; escalating when needed

- Additionally, the People Experience Specialist also support the Talent Acquisition Partners to meet strategic as well as operational needs of the business
- Key deliverables include managing the talent acquisition process for interviewing scheduling and onboarding
Let s talk about Responsibilities
- Provide enhanced, personal, proactive support to people leaders and team members in relation to a range of people processes in line with policies and procedures across the employee life cycle Partner with Advisory colleagues by gathering and collating critical information and providing employee focused hand offs where necessary.
- Collaborate to review, update, and communicate People specific policies in line with legislation changes, best practice, and market trends Monitor and answer frequently asked questions in our case management system.
- Research and provide timely follow up and engagement when the answer is delayed, not obvious or routine.
- Act as the main point of contact for people related audit inquiries, surveys, and reporting requirements (routine, ad hoc, legislative reporting). Run, collate, and provide other people reports as requested.
- Partner with our People Experience Hub, flexing to assist with important foundational and operational HR work such as making employee changes in the HR System (Workday), completing paperwork that requires employee information, sending templatized employee notification templates as needed and act as a point of escalation for complex and time sensitive requests.
- Promote the usage of self-service and guide the employees on how to access and navigate through all touchpoints and facilitate recurring refresher sessions. Lead the various onboarding activities of new team members to create a memorable new hire experience for both new hire and hiring manager.
- Partner with Global Mobility Team to support mobility programs and policies including relocation and immigration related activities.
- May conduct exit interviews to seek to understand employee sentiment and ensure an employee gets closure
- Participate and occasionally lead small but important project work as need by stakeholders to meet the People Team s strategic direction.
- Be a relentless improver by identifying opportunities to continually improve ways of working and the employee experience
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Let s talk about you
- 3-5 years of Human Resources experience
- Degree in Human Resources or related field considered an asset
- A desire to Strong customer centric mindset to provide exceptional and personal employee experience with a sense of urgency
- Excellent written, oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to be able to interact with all levels of organization.
- Logical thinker who can assess a situation and provide the right balance of empathy, urgency, and diagnostic of next steps
- Proactive in taking ownership to resolve situations by being resourceful to provide exceptional employee experience.
- Enthusiastic to learn, and excited by the opportunities new challenges provide.
- A strong sense of business ethics and integrity including the ability to appropriately handle confidential information.
- Assesses situational and organizational dynamics along with competing activities has strong business acumen and functional knowledge
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple functions and projects simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure, flexible in adapting and responding to changing situations; resilient
- Experience in working within cross functional teams and able to support multiple countries with a general understanding of additional countries employment legislation and when to seek more qualified advice.

- High attention to detail and focus on data integrity to ensure that the accuracy and completeness of data is maintained at all times in Workday
