Position: React Native

Experience: 1.5 to 5 years

Job Description:
Work as part of a small team to build React Native iOS / Android applications for FullStack's clients.
Architect, build, and maintain excellent React Native applications with clean code.
Ability to think from the end user's perspective and focused on improving the overall product experience
Hands-on experience on React Native APIs, ReactJS, Javascript, ECMAScript (OOJS) and JSX
Complete hands-on on React Native and Javascript coding practices and conventions. Ability to coach teams in writing quality code
Implement pixel-perfect UI's that match designs.
Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience.
Integrate third-party API's.
Write unit and integration tests.
Release applications to the Apple and Google Play stores.
Work with native modules when required.
Work as part of a small team, which will include other React Native developers, a project manager, a QA professional, and a designer.
Complete two-week sprints, and participate in sprint retrospectives and daily standups.
Assist with building estimates.
Interface with clients via Slack, Zoom, and email.
Work with modern tools including Jira, Slack, GitHub, Google Docs, etc.
Be part of a community of React Native developers who share knowledge and help each other as problems arise.
Follow FullStack's detailed development process
Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
Expert in user interface development, engineering cross-browser and cross-device compliant code.
Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
Working Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
Experience in design, development, and deployment of mobile apps
In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
Experience with user interface design.
Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
Knowledge of functional or object-oriented programming
Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.
Ability to write well-documented, clean Javascript code
Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle Android Studio, IntelliJ
Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage
Experience with embedded relational databases (SQLite)
Experience with Android 4.0+, iOS5+, Windows Mobile, Blackberry
Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the
expectations you and your team have agreed upon, both in regards to estimates and to the general process.
Write unit and integration tests.
3+ years of experience in senior front-end development
Mandatory Skills:
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Good project management skills.
Experience working with Swift, Objective C, and Java a plus but not required.
Understanding of native build tools like Xcode, Gradle, etc
Experience in testing with tools like Jest, Detox, Cypress, etc
Must have Skills: Frameworks and libraries – React Native
