About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. You will play a vital role in supporting our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including calendar management, travel arrangements, event coordination, and more. You will also partner with other departments to ensure a consistent and positive experience for all employees.

Responsibilities:

Manage calendars for team members, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel. Arrange domestic and international travel for team members, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation. Ensure awareness and compliance with company policies and procedures related to administrative operations. Partner with support staff across the organization to ensure consistent and efficient processes. Coordinate catering, venue selection, and logistics for various events, including internal meetings, off-site retreats, morale events, and celebrations. Maintain and update security groups and distribution lists. Procure office supplies and equipment for the team and new hires. Assist with headcount management and the onboarding process for new employees. Manage expense and budget reports for the team and manager. Handle space management and facilities requests. Take on additional projects as assigned by executive and business teams. Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners and staff. Consistently demonstrate a positive and helpful attitude towards colleagues and employees.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion. Positive and customer-service oriented attitude.
