Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Executive at our Indore office. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for Back Office Operations, Communication, and Finance to support the smooth functioning of the organization. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for providing assistance to the management in day-to-day activities and managing administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in Back Office Operations, Office Operations, Sales, and Finance
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage administrative tasks
• Ability to work efficiently in a team as well as independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in the marketing industry is a plus
• Experience in data analysis, account management, and customer relationship management is a plus
