We are seeking a qualified and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Closing (Real Estate). This is a full-time position based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India. The successful candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in the real estate industry, specifically in closing deals. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in the final stages of the sales process, ensuring smooth and successful transactions.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate the closing process for real estate transactions
- Ensure all required documents are accurately prepared and processed
- Review contracts and agreements to identify any potential discrepancies or issues
- Collaborate with attorneys, lenders, and other professionals involved in the closing process
- Communicate with clients, providing updates on the progress of the closing process
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the closing process
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to each transaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and legal requirements
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
