Tech Support Specialist

You'll provide technical and analytical support, troubleshooting issues and finding solutions that keep them up and running. Your dedication to customer satisfaction will ensure they have a positive experience every time. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues for our customers. Utilize strong analytical skills to diagnose and solve complex problems. Foster positive customer interactions and ensure their satisfaction. Provide clear explanations and guidance in a professional and courteous manner. Stay updated on the latest technological trends relevant to our industry (mobile and web preferred). Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in technical support and troubleshooting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A passion for customer service and exceeding expectations. Experience with mobile or web technology is a plus. Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
