Job description

Cloud SynApps Inc. is a fast-growing consulting and systems integration firm focusing on cloud applications, primarily on Salesforce-based platforms. Cloud SynApps has its major operations in Canada, USA and India. We've passionately built our Salesforce practice and have quickly grown into one of the strongest Systems Integrators within the Salesforce Public Sector space.We are one of the largest Systems integrators for OmniStudio/Vlocity (acquired by Salesforce) and have implemented these solutions for several municipal, provincial/state, federal and public sector clients.

Job summary:

 

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Research, track, maintain and update leads.

• Make outgoing calls to develop new business opportunities.

• Email Marketing and contact prospects to qualify leads.

• Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects

• Research and maintain lead generation database.

• Conduct customer research

• Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads.

• Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations.

• Provide accurate and timely information to management.

• Develop a strong knowledge of the company's products or services to facilitate lead generation process.

• Flexible to work on multiple campaigns.

• Market Knowledge and understanding.

 

Skills / Attributes required:

• Excellent English communication (verbal and written)

• Experience with cold calling.

• Experience with research and maintaining databases.

• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Experience in using CRM.

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships.

• Strong project and time management skills.

• Experience working with Public Sector or on Salesforce or Cat A campaigns will be an added advantage.

Qualifications / Experience required:

• Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written and be skilled in 'Selling via Phone' successfully.

• Show a proven track record achieving sales lead gen and appointment setting targets.

• 2+ years' experience in Business Development, Sales, Inside Sales in B2B Lead Generation, on multiple campaigns.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You think out-of-the-box and wow people with your interesting angles and quality work.

• Experience researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold calling into a large list of accounts that are a hybrid of net-new and existing install.

• Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent achievement of year[1]over-year quota attainment.

• Degree with equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core proficiencies or the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

• Must have a North America region experience in Appointment Generation/Highly Qualified Leads/ BANT Leads/Demand Generation Leads.
