Job description

• Define the strategy and architecture of the software application and ensure it is implemented the right way for Service.
  
• Technical problem solver, identifying innovative solutions to project deadlocks and resolving issues and constraints through consensus and sound judgment.
  
• Work closely with the Business/CTIO/Operations teams to understand the business outcome, prioritization, and work to provide the best solution possible.
  
• Manage the Vendor team. Define the SLAs & KPIs
  
• Demand vs Capacity vs Cost management

The skills you ll need

• Essential Skills (Skills without which the person cannot perform the role, limit to a maximum of four skills only)
• 10+ years of experience in software development on multiple back and front end technologies using Agile and DevOps practices.
• Have sound concepts of Agile methodologies and have experience in Agile delivery (tools like JIRA/Confluence)
• Experience of leading technical Transformations
• Experience in complex projects or multi component integration utilizing AI and RPA methodologies.

• Overall Skills and Experience (Include skills that in addition to the essential skills are required for the person to perform the role in a better way)
• A proven track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and deliver results. Proficient in setting up goals for software development team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A proven ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations and drive the team to achieve a solution and develop/deliver it.
• Strong presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, technical leaders, and developers
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
• Ability to handle multiple competing

priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications

Essential

• Possess B.E. or B.Tech or M.S. (or equivalent) degree in Computer Science or related field
• Possess 10+ years of experience in IT
• Provide technical and functional guidance and direction to team members
• Possess excellent written and oral

communication skills

Desirable

• Volume Business Knowledge and experience. Understanding of BB, Voice and other such Products.

• Experience on Micro Services, Cloud Architecture, latest design patterns
• Have a sound knowledge of today s Business application technologies and be able to articulate it in existing/new code
• Experience in product development environments and knowledge of tools such as Blue Prism and Gen AI and PEGA
• Strong interest in learning new skills/technologies, curiosity to explore various technologies and solution approaches
• Telecom domain experience
• Certifications
