Job Overview
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Wingsbizpro. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our integrated marketing solutions to clients in Nelmanagala and surrounding areas. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fresher: 06 months -1 year of experience
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Proven track record in lead generation and conversion
- Effective presentation skills
- Ability to convince and influence potential clients
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Valid driver's license and own transportation
Roles and Responsibilities
- Promote and sell our integrated marketing solutions to clients in Nelmanagala (near Tumkur)and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their marketing needs and providing tailored solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Provide market feedback, insights, and suggestions to improve our marketing solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects
