Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior team members to understand client requirements and business processes related to manufacturing operations.
• Assist in the implementation and configuration of Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules, including Oracle Manufacturing (Discrete or Process Manufacturing), Quality Management, and Production Scheduling.
• Support end-to-end manufacturing processes within Oracle EBS, from product design to production planning, scheduling, execution, and quality assurance.
• Assist in conducting gap analysis and mapping business processes to Oracle EBS functionalities.
• Participate in system testing, validation, and documentation of manufacturing-related processes and procedures.
• Provide user training and support to manufacturing teams on Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules and best practices.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules.
• Stay updated on Oracle EBS releases, patches, and new features relevant to manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle EBS Manufacturing with other business systems and processes.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mech) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Operations.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in discrete or process manufacturing domain, with a focus on quality management or production operations.

Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant

Job Type: Full time permanent role

Responsibilities:

• Training on Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Modules. Collaborate with senior team members to understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS solutions.
• Assist in the implementation and configuration of Oracle EBS Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
• Support end-to-end finance processes within Oracle EBS, from data entry to financial reporting.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Oracle EBS Finance modules.
• Participate in system testing, validation, and documentation of finance-related processes and procedures.
• Provide user training and support to finance teams on Oracle EBS functionalities and best practices.
• Stay updated on Oracle EBS releases, patches, and new features relevant to finance operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle EBS Finance with other business systems and processes.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA in Finance, or Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the accounting domain is required.
• Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite Finance modules is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.

SCM Functional Consultant Trainee

Responsibilities

• Exacore ERP Training and evaluation of the candidates. Support day-to-day SCM activities under the guidance of senior team members. Gain Oracle Product knowledge in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion products.
• Assist in implementation process along with the senior consulting team.
• Collaborate with Oracle ERP cross-functional teams to streamline customer operations and optimize efficiency of the ERP application.
• Participate in Oracle ERP inventory management implementation activities, including planning, forecasting, and inventory control.
• Excel in ERP related supplier management tasks, such as supplier evaluation, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
• Support the technical development for the ERP implementation and maintenance of SCM-related documentation and reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.

• Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) or equivalent in any discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Supply Chain domain is required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Oracle Database Administrator (DBA)

- Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle database software and related products.

- Proficiency in Oracle database administration tasks, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, backup and recovery, and security management.
- Strong understanding of Oracle database architecture, SQL, PL/SQL, and database design principles.
- Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) and other database administration tools.
- Solid understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems and shell scripting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Oracle certification (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) is a plus.
