Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Manager in Kochi. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Transit Suites, including overseeing customer service, budgeting, sales, food & beverage, and receptionist duties. The Hotel Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that the hotel is running smoothly and meeting the needs of guests.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience with budgeting and financial management
• Proven success in sales and marketing
• Knowledge of food & beverage operations
• Experience with receptionist duties and front desk management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in a hotel management role is preferred

CTC : 3 LPA to 3.6 LPA based on candidate profile and experience.
