Role And Responsibilities

As a Telesales Executive at Zigsaw, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and promoting our products or services. Your main tasks will include:

  • Initiating outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to introduce our products or services
  • Identifying and qualifying sales opportunities through effective communication and persuasive skills
  • Providing information and answering questions about our products, pricing, and promotions
  • Managing and maintaining a database of potential customers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Collaborating with the sales team to meet targets and achieve sales objectives

Candidate Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • 1-4 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing
  • Proven track record of success in outbound calling and lead generation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
  • Ability to work in a general shift
