Role And Responsibilities As a Telesales Executive at Zigsaw, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and promoting our products or services. Your main tasks will include:
- Initiating outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to introduce our products or services
- Identifying and qualifying sales opportunities through effective communication and persuasive skills
- Providing information and answering questions about our products, pricing, and promotions
- Managing and maintaining a database of potential customers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet targets and achieve sales objectives
Candidate Qualifications To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- 1-4 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing
- Proven track record of success in outbound calling and lead generation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Ability to work in a general shift
