Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Windows Virtual Desktop Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining virtual desktop environments using Microsoft's Windows Virtual Desktop platform. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure a seamless and secure virtual desktop experience for end-users.

Skills

L3 SME Level knowledge Citrix Xenapp / Xendesktop Migrations projects experience and L3 Support of Citrix various components and Citrix Cloud hands-on knowledge

MANDATORY - AZ 140 Certified

AZ-900 Mandatory certified

( AZ-103 / AZ-104 Certified ) Azure Administrator

Windows Virtual Desktop experience, to deploy and manage virtual desktops and applications in Azure Cloud

Experience configuring / managing Azure IaaS & PaaS technologies such as Subscriptions, Storage Containers, VNET, NSG's, Storage Explorer

Good understanding of network connectivity to Azure ExpressRoute

Experience with on-prem to cloud VDI replication and DR strategies - Azure Site Recovery, etc.

Possess a detailed understanding of architectural dependencies of a VDI environment

Managing Citrix cloud with Azure, GCP and AWS platform.

Consultant-level skills in designing, implementing, & supporting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops in AWS Cloud environments.

Good Knowledge of Integrating Citrix On-Premises infrastructure with Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure or working with Hybrid Cloud.

Expert on working with Citrix products, Citrix Virtual Apps and Virtual Desktop encompassing all the flavors - XA 6.5. XA 7.x, Citrix DAAS.
