The ideal candidate will possess a mix of procurement and technology expertise and work closely with the procurement, ISC, and IT organizations. They will coordinate with process, people, data, and system owners to drive effective automated data & process solutions in the Procurement function. The candidate must be passionate about change and create value for all procurement stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Lead / Support implementation of AI / Gen AI projects for productivity transformation in Direct Materials Sourcing

· Ensure business processes are reviewed in depth for deployment of AI solutions across Procurement function.

· Identify and support deployment of AI based solutions globally by partnering with the Procurement, ISC Analytics, IT, and functional leadership.

· Ensure common implementation and configuration of solutions are being deployed by designated external IT partners.

· Effective change management for all technology-related change initiatives

· Identify, direct, and manage system enhancements that enable automation.

· Ability to work in a matrix environment and effectively communicate at all levels in the organization.

· Able to deal with ambiguity, and uncertainty while operating in a multi-cultural, global environment.

YOU MUST HAVE:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Business

·5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Procurement, preferably in a global company

·2+ years of experience deploying technology solutions using AI/ML tools with knowledge of Procurement systems.

· Proven ability to establish processes and drive continuous improvements.

WE VALUE:

· Experience in Source to Contract, Procure to Pay, and Supplier Performance Management processes.

· Experience in identifying use cases for AI driven projects in Procurement function

· Experience with data processing and analytical tools, & database systems

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex datasets, identify patterns or trends, and derive actionable insights.

· Lean Expert or Black Belt with strong understanding and experience with using Six Sigma / Lean tools.

· Project Management skills with experience of managing multiple projects.

· Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process/solution design, change management, testing, and deployments.

· Strong communication, influencing, change management and timely decision-making skills.

· Demonstrated experience in communicating with leadership.

· Effective engagement with cross functional and xSBG teams for timely implementation of automation projects

· Self-motivated to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.

· Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
