Role Overview:
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with Leadership with strong expertise in Node.js and Angular to contribute to the development and enhancement of our AI-driven hiring platform. This role demands a mix of front-end wizardry and back-end prowess, enabling us to deliver an intuitive, robust, and scalable platform. You'll be part of a dynamic team, working to integrate AI functionalities, improve system architecture, and create a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and refine front-end application features using Angular, ensuring a user-friendly, responsive design that meets the needs of a diverse user base.
Build and enhance back-end services and APIs with Node.js, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate cutting-edge algorithms and models into the platform, enhancing its capabilities for automated talent assessment and matching.
Leverage AWS or other cloud services for deploying and managing the application, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, maintaining high standards of code quality and documentation.
Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to ideate, troubleshoot, and implement new features.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in Angular and Node.js.
Solid understanding of web technologies and frameworks, particularly HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience with RESTful services, API design, and data modeling.
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, preferably AWS, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to solve complex problems creatively and efficiently.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
