Position: Interior Design Sales (BDE/KAM) Work Experience: 3-4 yrs CTC: 4-5 lacs P.A.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

As an Interior Design Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of interior design products and services to potential clients. This role requires a combination of sales skills, a deep understanding of interior design trends, and excellent interpersonal abilities. The Interior Sales BDE/KAM will work closely with clients/Architects to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and facilitate the sales process from initial contact to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Builders and Architects through effective communication and understanding of their design preferences. Regularly engage with existing clients to identify new opportunities for upselling or cross-selling interior products and services.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design and possess a comprehensive understanding of the products and services offered by the company. Clearly and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the products to potential clients.

Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations to potential clients showcasing the company's portfolio and explaining how the products and services meet their specific needs. Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other lead-generation activities. Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage campaigns and events for lead generation.

Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to project completion, ensuring a seamless experience for the client. Coordinate with other departments such as design, project management, and logistics to meet client expectations.

Quota Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company. Continuously evaluate and refine sales strategies to optimize performance.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and relevant documentation. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field. * Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design industry. * Strong understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and trends. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Additional Requirements:

* Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events. * Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools. * Creative problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
