Nasdaq Technology Client Success is expanding our center in Bangalore. We are looking for a Director QA Test to join and build out our test management team to help deliver quality to our global clients in the financial space.

Join the Client Success QA organization in Bangalore. You will work together with a global team of experts to assure we deliver the Nasdaq-brand of excellent quality to our fintech-clients across the globe.
Your role and responsibilities: This role has two dimensions, one as a
team manager and the other as a
test manager working with one of our delivery projects.
As a
team manager you will make sure your team is aligned with the Client Success overarching goal of delivering best-in-class technology to our global clients. You will ensure that your team is motivated, has the right competence and can work effectively within their assigned roles.
As a
test manager you will be working hands-on with our client deliveries, ensuring we are following our QA processes and tracking test execution, bug flow, test environment issues and stakeholder reporting, both internal and external. You need to be able to collaborate with teams from different parts of the organization (Developers, testers and BA's) as well as communicating with our clients during joint testing phases.
It is a demanding role with a big growth potential for driven candidates, where your work will have great impact on the deliveries we make to our clients around the world.
You will: - Be responsible for a senior QA team of test managers
- Plan, develop, execute and analyze test cases in customer delivery projects
- Report test progress and results to stakeholders.
- Review requirements, design documents and test specifications in the project team and with customers.
- Collaborate with QA personnel from other product teams to plan and build the needed tests to ensure the integration of all the products
- Analyze & Mitigate complex problems/issues arising because of Test failures, identify & resolve bottlenecks such as Test data and Env issues
- You will work in close cooperation with our customers to support them in customer early testing and during user acceptance testing.
We expect you to have: - 15+ years experience in the QA field
- Extensive experience in the QA domain, leading QA projects and managing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Solid and extensive technical background with basic knowledge in Linux.
- Knowledge in agile test approaches and the software development life cycle.
- Excellent communication skills together with a strong client service mindset.
- A strong inner drive and that you thrive in supporting high-demanding users in a fast-paced environment.
- Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field.
It would be great if you have: - A background in the Financial industry, especially working with trading, clearing or settlement systems.
- Experience from high volume / low latency systems
- Experience from integration projects
