Job Description :

Supervision for Tax & Audit Executive : 1) Supervise & to check the work done by :

Tax Assistants Income Tax/Audit

Tax Assistants GST/Audit and other staff members

2) Programming audit & Preparing Engagemnet Letter

3)Communicate & Correspondance with IT Department

GST Department & Clients Independently

Accounting & Audit : Finalisation of Accounts under Tax Audit Internal Audit & Statuory Audit Companies ACT.

Knowledge of 3CD3CBand ability to prepare and collate sctutinise data related to audit report and its annexures.

Knowledge of accounting standards standards of auditing & Internal Audit standards.

Conceptual Knowledge of comapnies Act related to Inetrnal & statuory audit of companies.

Adaptabilty to undertack any work related to other staff during their leave of absence or incomplete work.

Billing for jobs completed in consultation with partner.

Liason with company secretary for preparation & filling of various forms under Comapnies ACt /LLP Act with registar of companies.

Checking of minutes and resolutioon prepared by company secratary fro PVT LTD .

Drafting of Partnership DeedGift DEedWill etc.

Office administartions & Coorrespondance.

Any other work as required by pratners.

Assisting partners & other senioor exective.
