Job description
Key Responsibilities
-Keeping the system up and running and identifying root cause of the incidents.
-Maitaning higest service levels for business and operations.
-Arresting reoccurring issues with a focus on permanent resolution.
-Understand business requirements through direct interaction with business/ operations/ technology.
-Development and maintenance of backend application.
- Works under minimal supervision to meet goals set by management.
- Meeting the SLA's and avoid incidents.
- Any other tasks assigned by your line manager.
Experience and Qualifications Required
-At least 2-5 years of experience working as a AS400 Developer/ Support executive.
-In-depth knowledge of SQL and fair knowledge of RPGLE, CLLE, DB2, Python, Batch jobs.
-Experience with supporting projects under 24x7 framework.
-Excellent troubleshooting skills.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Excellent analytical skills.
