Inspiria Knowledge Campus is an international standard management college. The college was established in 2010 in Siliguri, West Bengal, India by J.P. Sahu Foundation, a non-profit organization charitable trust, registered under the West Bengal Society Act. The objective of the organization is to make Indian youth employable. Inspiria is affiliated to West Bengal University of Technology.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Head at Inspiria Knowledge Campus in Siliguri. The Placement Head will be responsible for managing job placement functions, developing and maintaining relationships with employers, and identifying job opportunities for students. The Placement Head will work closely with other members of the faculty and departmental directors to ensure that students are prepared to enter the workforce upon graduation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in corporate recruitment and placement
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals and employers
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systems
