Job description
Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of large group bookings, ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience for groups ranging from 200 to 300 individuals.Coordinate closely with hotels, airlines, and other service providers to secure the best rates and accommodations.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to tailor travel packages accordingly.Leverage industry knowledge to anticipate challenges and proactively address them.Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues that arise before, during, or after the trip.Maintain accurate records and documentation related to group bookings.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities and enhance service offerings.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with a specific focus on managing large group bookings.Demonstrated ability to handle complex travel arrangements and logistics.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and service providers.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.Based out of Malad, Mumbai, with flexibility to travel as required.What We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits package.The opportunity to work with a dynamic and experienced team in the travel industry.A challenging and rewarding role with the potential for career growth.Training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in group travel management.
