Job description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a B2C Sales Team Leader in the EdTech sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2C sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive and support a high-performing sales team. This role involves managing a team of sales representatives, setting and achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our EdTech sales department.
Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Lead and motivate a team of B2C Sales Representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective B2C sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and key performance indicators.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.
- Provide guidance to the team on effective customer engagement and relationship-building strategies.
Training and Development:
- Conduct training sessions to equip the sales team with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry insights.
- Support ongoing learning and development initiatives.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track individual and team performance against sales targets.
- Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
Sales Presentations:
- Support the sales team in delivering effective and persuasive sales presentations.
- Assist in handling complex sales situations and negotiations.
Collaboration:
- Foster collaboration between the sales team and other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support.
- Communicate feedback and insights to improve product offerings.
Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to senior management.
- Provide insights into sales trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2C sales, with at least [X] years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Compensation:
- 4 to 6 LPA (FIXED) + (2 to 3 VARIABLE)
