Location Andher East

SOP training of Hotel Accounts Department.

Pre-opening hotel visit for set of Account Department.

Hotel unit visit whenever required as per management guidelines.

Debtors – Recovery follow-up as per hotel unit request.

Co-ordinate with Sales Team for Hotel Unit Outstanding.

Hotel monthly MIS (P & L) review with MIS Team.

Orderly reporting of financial matters by developing appropriate systems and procedures.

Providing guidance for management by directing, preparing and providing accurate financial analysis.

Assure compliance with internal controls and check charts.

Proving that systems are working accurately by performing audits.

Directs and maintains flow of communications.

Achieves best possible financial status for the hotel by performing a variety of control functions.

Providing training and orientation to the staff joined in the department.

Prepares reports as requested to develop a more informative data base for improved management

decision making and critical evaluation of work activities.

Directs the preparation of any information required by owners or General Manager.

Directs the preparation of check charts, credit reports as well as month end reports.

Assist all departments in the preparation of budgets.

Responsible for technical accounting and controllership of finance statements.

Manage closure of books on monthly & yearly basis in the accounting environment.

Preparation of MIS reports, schedules and financial statements

Coordinating with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure timely completion of audits and filings.

Detailed understanding of IFRS/IGAAP and ICFR requirements and ensure implementation of

required processes and systems to mitigate financials risks.

Monitor changes in financial regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly.

Automating accounting processes and reducing manual efforts. Identify and suggest business process

improvements from a financial perspective.

Assist in the preparation of financial budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

Support the MD, CMD and contribute to special projects as assigned.
