Job description

(This is a full-time, Paid- internship. We'd prefer it if you didn't apply if you're still in college or pursuing academics)

Hi! We are Wirality, a new media marketing agency that truly believes in the power of Data & Creative when merged. We use Art X Math to drive business results for some of the leading global brands. We as an organization have a very diverse work culture and digital strategy sits at the heart of it all.

We do not want long essays or your list of school & college level achievements (that includes your academic report). We want people who can do what the JD requires of them and do it wholeheartedly every day.

We are looking for someone who:

Lives, breathes & eats digital and is perfectly ok to work his way up the industry by learning the tricks of the trade right from the grassroots. Someone who loves the idea of using digital platforms to sell things. Someone who is looking forward to having a career in the modern day digital-first-advertising industry. Understands the difference between a creative idea and a tactical execution and (based on the nature of the project) can be proficient at both. Understanding of social media and digital platforms. Knows how to handle and implement feedback from senior members of the team as well as the client.

What you will work on during the tenure of this Internship :

Social Media & ORM Learn, Analyse and segment different target groups. To learn and assist your manager in setup and daily management of advertising campaigns across various social media platforms. To engage and communicate with your community of followers to increase awareness and engagement rates. Understanding platform nuances, and ability to execute public postings. Prepare client deliverables based on campaign initiatives and business objectives. Problem solve and quickly identify solutions for internal teams and clients. Partner with applicable account team members to ensure project health, on-time delivery, and brand health. Work on organic community growth strategies. Respond to and manage queries from customers across social platforms. Run weekly and monthly contests and support on other UGC requirements.

Reporting & Analytics Collate weekly and monthly reports on all activities across social media and other paid campaigns. Analyze sentiment, data, and metrics to provide community insights. Provide planning assistance for upcoming campaigns, helping determine platforms to run on, audiences to target, creative strategies to implement, and more. To keep a watchful eye on all social media channels and monitor them on a daily basis. Assist with client-facing campaign reporting and write-ups to ensure relevant metrics and insights are shown. Constantly work to improve campaign performance, insights collection, and takeaways, and generally, strive to over-deliver.

The ideal candidate has : A bachelor’s degree Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G Suite or similar software Ability to problem solve and think critically Ability to multitask effectively Ability to stay highly organized and efficient in a fast-paced, rigorous work environment. Basic knowledge of Facebook and Google advertising platforms. Loves TV and cinema Proven social media writing skills Strong collaborator Great with feedback and revisions A working laptop that you can bring to work. Ability to commute to office Gets everyone tea (Kidding, we drink coffee)
