Job description
JD for Oracle HCM Helpdesk Support (PeopleSoft HCM Benefits & Taleo Recruiting):
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft HCM (Benefits) and Taleo Recruiting
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with supporting users in Oracle PeopleSoft HCM (On-Premises) & Taleo (Cloud)
- Business experience in Peoplesoft modules (Benefits)
- Excellent experience in understanding system issues and analysing the impact on dependent and downstream business processes/systems.
