• should be willing to work on new recipes/innovations as per current market trends.
• should have knowledge of how to work with chocolate, fillings, president butter etc
• should have good brand exposure (like paris my love, theos, suchalis artisan bake house, laduree, etc)
• international experience candidates will be preferred
