Job description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Recruitment Manager with a deep understanding of the US Recruitment industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large recruitment teams, excellent knowledge of ATS, and experience using Boolean strings to identify and attract top talent. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for re-structuring teams to meet business needs, preparing recruitment metrics, and leading and motivating teams to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities: • Manage a large team of recruiters, overseeing their recruitment processes, and mentoring them to ensure high-quality candidate sourcing, screening, and selection • Collaborate with business leaders to identify hiring needs, create recruitment strategies, and ensure that the recruitment team is aligned with the company's objectives • Develop recruitment metrics and track the team's performance to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies • Utilize ATS and other recruitment technology tools to manage recruitment activities, track candidate progress, and provide real-time data to business leaders • Use Boolean strings and other advanced sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate fit for specific roles • Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the recruitment industry, including knowledge of US visa requirements and regulations • Re-structure recruitment teams according to business needs and align the recruitment team with business objectives • Foster a positive and productive work environment, promote employee engagement and motivation, and encourage professional development and growth Requirements: • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Manager in the US recruitment industry • Excellent knowledge of ATS, Boolean search methods, and other advanced sourcing techniques • Experience managing large teams in a high-volume recruitment environment • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Benefits: Competitive salary and incentive structure Opportunities for career growth and advancement We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Manager to join our team.
