Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PHP Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in PHP development, a proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sharing knowledge.
Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver comprehensive PHP training programs based on the provided curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Conduct engaging lectures, hands-on coding sessions, and discussions to facilitate learning and comprehension of PHP concepts and methodologies.
- Provide guidance and support to trainees in understanding complex topics, troubleshooting code, and applying learned principles to real-world scenarios.
- Mentor and coach trainees to foster their professional growth, technical proficiency, and problem-solving abilities.
- Evaluate trainee performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to address areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in PHP technology, frameworks, and tools to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of training content.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in PHP development, with a strong command of PHP language fundamentals, best practices, and design patterns.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality PHP training programs to diverse audiences, including developers, engineers, and IT professionals.
- Expertise in setting up PHP development environments (e.g., XAMPP, WampServer) and familiarity with relevant tools and technologies.
- Solid understanding of web development concepts, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to various audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated proficiency in debugging, troubleshooting, and error handling in PHP applications.
- Experience with PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony) and deployment strategies is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for onsite training sessions and workshops.
- Passion for continuous learning, professional development, and knowledge sharing within the tech community.
