Job description
The desired candidate should have a pleasing persona on the call and should be able to find their way to the desired person through calls / social media. They should possess following technical and soft skills:
- Is able to make cold calls and strike a conversation.
- Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in the software development industry.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and effective speaking
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to persuade and influence others to take action and close sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to mine industry specific, location specific database from various platforms (social and otherwise) and validate them.
- Ability to create and suggest changes in the marketing collaterals.
- Ability to understand company products and engage with the suspects/prospects.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other sales and marketing tools.
- Familiarity with the market and business culture.
