Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team at DBOT Realty Pvt. This is a senior-level position that requires expertise in various aspects of civil engineering. The job location is Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and the employment type is full-time.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 7 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering
- Strong knowledge of Mivan Shuttering, RCC, and site execution
- Experience in handling finishing work
- Familiarity with Mivan Conventional technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
- Review and analyze technical drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals
- Supervise and inspect construction work and progress
- Prepare and present project progress reports
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction
- Conduct site visits and assessments
- Monitor and control project budgets and timelines
