• Customer & Project Management: Manage a mid sized portfolio of multiple clients.
• Team Management: Coach and manage 10 team members.
• Get high customer satisfaction on all projects (min 8 on a scale of 10).
• Ensure Quality Targets are met.
• Drive Tool KPI Targets – Usage, Accuracy, etc.
• Identify scope creeps and change requests.
• Get sign-off on all deliverables to customers.
• Requirements gathering and solutioning best-in-class Spend Analysis Program and Reporting.
• Project Management: Planning, Tracking/ Monitoring, Driving Targets, Status updates, Meeting Moderation, Minutes/ Action Item trackers.
• Periodic Risk Analysis & Mitigation, Escalation Management, Root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action plans.
• Consultation to customer to enable best-in-class Spend Program.
• Manage internal programs: Define and improve processes for delivering spend analysis solution effectively and efficiently

• Strong Analytics Experience
• Category Know ledge to support Quality delivery
• Expertise managing Spend tool for large clients
• Passion and Innovation to solve customer problems, and invent newer insights and value in Procurement Analytics
• Excellent People Management Skills
