Job description

We are a start up and looking for young leaders to join our team of outsourcing solutions.

• Should be able to develop a strategy in identifying the account and ensures the sales target is met.
  
• Responsible for Service quality as per services contracts within the agreed SLAs
  
• Should be able to multitask and have an entrepreneurial attitude in managing customers competently
  
• Ensure the calls are resolved as per the SLA
  
• Should be able to increase the business volume within the existing business.
  
• Should be able to collate information and data from relevant sources and report to Management
  
• Should be able to generate daily weekly monthly reports as specified by the Management
  
• Good Interpersonal Skills and good etiquette
  
• Ability to impart training
  

Requirements

Graduate with minimum 4 years of relevant experience having worked with outsourcing service providers.

MBA will be preferred.

Good communication skills and ability to multitask.
