Role Overview

An IT learning specialist is primary responsible leading/managing end to end learnings of the aligned Business unit. The individual will be responsible to identify the training needs and create learning solutions for IT -Technical skills

Role

· Training need identification in areas of Functional, Process and Behavioral trainings

· Acts as single point of contact for 'all trainings' – plan, execute and regular report out to leadership on learning progress

· Develop content and facilitate sessions to new hires and existing colleagues –

o Foundation/Domain, Process, Technical and Behavioral traininngs

· Develop detailed context of the overall business/processes to be able to proactively assess learning needs and design/conceptualize learning frameworks accordingly

· Standardize process training approach and incorporate basic principles like process overviews, shadow, reverse shadow, case studies, assessments and certifications

· Understand the knowledge management framework- includes SOP documentation

· Rollout periodic refreshers and remediation on Domain and Processes

· Should be able to derive and articulate the investments made in learning

· Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path

· Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans

· Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development

Experience

Education

· Postgraduate/Graduate from a reputed institute

Band Requirement

· Manager/Senior Manager (M1/M2) level is recommended for this role
