Minimum Qualification:
Masters in Electronics/Electrical, preferably Ph.D. in Power Systems or Grid Integration or Renewable Energy Systems or similar field from an accredited university with minimum 10 years of relevant experience Requirements & Responsibilities: The Senior Lead Solutions Architect is a global role responsible for solution architecture for the product and solutions development, project implementation as well as works with global Sales & Marketing teams to lead the Solutions Architecture initiatives in Power Systems Applications and in its Associated fields. This role requires development architectural guidelines for implementing Digital Solutions for Power Transmission & Distribution domain. This role requires close coordination with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other departments. Thus, under the guidance of CTO collaborates with Product Managers, Business Segment Leaders and Marketing teams for solution architecture development and implementation across new products, product enhancements, product design/redesign as well as project implementation for customers across the globe. You will: · Lead major interdisciplinary cross-team initiatives for Solutions Architecture in the area of Power Systems Digital Solutions · Identify, understand, and empathies with customer pain-points · Drive Solution Architecture discussions grounded in knowledge of customer pain-points in collaboration with Sales & Marketing, Product Development, Product Management and Project Operations · Enthusiastically & pragmatically drive solution architecture activities based on market and customer requirements · Balance technical, customer, and business insights in building L&T PT&D Digital Solutions’ products Requirements: · 8+ years’ experience architecting solutions or product development / launching products / technologies in power systems · Discovered business ideas / opportunities and driven them to successful, released products from solution architecture perspective · Experience creating strategic product roadmaps or solution architecture and working with cross-functional teams · Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills · Hands-on Experience working on deeply technical products in the Energy & Utilities / Telecom / Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) domains · Ability to learn new and complex topics quickly · Experience working with a remote team · Strong technical communication skillsJob tags
