Job description
Job Title: Change Delivery Manager - Scrum Master & Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management, Release Management, Engagement Online, JIRA & Confluence Page, Cost Estimation and Recovery Process.
As part of the EDP Business Engagement team, an additional VP role specifically aligned to the CB&P business is required to drive interactions with relevant BU leads (CDAO, CIOs) and establish plans aligned to their respective Business Strategies.

Good communiction and interpretation of technical landscape & architecture into business language Strategic thinking Knowledge of customer experience platforms & architecture - including Next Best Action and Customer Data Platforms Data driven architecture Reverse Engineering skills

Feature Team Management, RAIDS management, Stakeholder Management, Reporting including Finance
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts, business requirements, and delivery challenges with clarity. Familiarity with a corporate environment and comfortable working within regulatory controls. Experience of Scaled Agile (SAFe).
Strong technical knowledge evidenced through prior experience as an engineer or solution architect. Exceptional influencing and relationship skills to drive prioritization and process change within supply chain teams. Skilled Java engineer with the ability to design and implement end-to-end solutions. Experience of a CI/DevOps pipeline with git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, etc.
