We are seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to join our team and work directly with the founders at our Thane, Mumbai office.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the founders with managing schedules, calls, and meetings.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations using Excel, Google Sheets, MS PowerPoint, and other related tools.
- Handle secretarial and generalist tasks as and when required by the founders.
- Support in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the office.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, MS PowerPoint, and other related tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
