Duties you'll be entrusted with:

Gift Card expert is a leading provider in the gift card industry, committed to delivering innovative and personalized gifting solutions. Our mission is to redefine the gifting experience by offering a wide range of customizable gift cards and ensuring seamless, delightful experiences for both businesses and consumers. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist at Gift Card expert located in Bangalore Urban district, with flexibility for some remote work. The Business Development Specialist will be

responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, providing exceptional customer service, and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities in the gift card industry. This role will involve both in-person and remote work.

Expectations from you: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Experience in the gift card industry is a plus. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and opportunities. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members. Lead Generation: Ability to identify and develop new business leads. Market Research: Experience conducting market research and analyzing data. Customer Service: Experience in providing excellent customer service and support. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
