Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily, Monthly, and Yearly reconciliation of cash balances & transactions with the banks
2. Resolution of the recon-related issues in consultation with the internal teams and the operations/recon team of the banks
3. Implementation of any recon-related changes in internal systems/processes to align with the bank's requirements.
4. Settlement of any open/failed transactions on a regular basis with the bank.
5. Banking Product & Process Knowledge
6. Regulatory Knowledge
7. Planning and Organizing Skills
8. Effective Communication
9. Problem-solving & Analytical skills
Skills Required 1. Good Communication Skills
2. Having good knowledge of Advance Excel.
3. Reconciliation & reporting of exceptions within defined TAT.
Experience Level (If applicable)
• Minimum experience in years – 0 to 4 years
• Good knowledge of the card industry knowledge.
• Exposure to banking/fintech preferable.
