Harmony United Psychiatric Care is a healthcare company based in Florida, USA. We provide outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment in the state of Florida, USA through networks of clinics and online telehealth platforms. We have high-quality mental health professionals in our team including Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Psychotherapist, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants, among others Our providers and medical team prioritize patient care and are well supported by warm and high-quality staff.
We have contracted a company based in Hyderabad, India, Harmony United Medsolutions, PVT. LTD. to assist in the different aspects of operations of our company in the USA.

We are currently hiring an Operations Manager who can join us immediately at our Hyderabad location.

Mandatory Requirements:

• You must have scored 80% marks in your 10th and 12 th standard.
• Your schooling must be from an English Medium School.
• You must be an MBA Graduate from IIM or Top 50 Indian B-Schools ONLY
• You must have at least 2 years of experience in any field of management. Experience in the US healthcare field is preferred but not required. OR
• You must have completed MBA from an English-Speaking Country (US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand) and have at least 3 years of work experience in these countries in any field of management.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
• Help the organisation’s processes remain legally compliant.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
• Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability.
• Manage budgets and forecasts.
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff.
• Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.

Requirements and skills

• Works closely with CEO on other special planning and departmental projects.
• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management
• Experience budgeting and forecasting
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership ability
• Outstanding organisational skills

No Cab Facility Available.
•    Fixed Night Shift: 6:30 pm to 5:30 am IST
•    Working Days: 4 days (Monday thru Thursday)
•    Week Off: 3 days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
